The Special Prosecution Office has reported to the Special Court the final conclusions regarding Sonila Qaton, the former director of the ARA, and the other defendants.

SPAK has requested that Qato be sentenced to 1 year in prison and banned from holding any public office for 5 years, according to Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha.

For Simon Prendin, a 2-year prison sentence and a 3-year ban from holding any public office have been requested. For Elona Gogo, the prosecution has requested a 1-year prison sentence and a 5-year ban from holding any public office.

Erdit Salillari faces 9 months in prison and 5 years out of public office. Admir Pahumi Spak has requested 1 year in prison and 3 years of additional punishment.

Nikollaq Mihali Spak is requesting a sentence of 8 months and 3 years out of public functions. Miranda Shkurti 16 months of probation and 3 years out of public functions. For Arbër Troka Spak has requested a sentence of 2 years in prison and for 3 years not to exercise any public function. Almir Hoxhaj Spak has requested 2 years in prison and for another 3 years out of public functions.

For Arjana Hasanin, Spak has requested 4 years of probation and 5 years of not exercising any public function. They are suspected of violating equality in tenders and falsifying documents.

The former director of the Albanian Road Administration, Sonila Qato, and members of the bid evaluation committee are considered by SPAK to have violated their duty in selecting a tender for the Kardhiq-Delvinë road axis.

Qato held the position of director of the Albanian road authority for nine months until September 2019, when she resigned at the height of a clash with a private entity.
