A serious event has shocked the Albanian community in the USA, where 34-year-old Pajtim Krasniqi and his wife, 27-year-old Sabrina Krasniqi, were found dead in their apartment in Hallandale Beach, Florida.

According to the American police, the couple was found shot to death in a luxury multi-story building.

After preliminary investigations, the authorities have confirmed that the 27-year-old shot her husband several times and then committed suicide. It is suspected that the cause of the incident is adultery.

" Investigations show that Sabrina Krasniqi shot her husband to death and then shot herself. The incident happened in their shared apartment," said the police statement.

Numerous pieces of evidence were found at the scene, including a teddy bear, a heart-shaped box of roses and a TV that was still on.

A neighbor, Max Braendlin, described the terrifying moments of that night. " We heard shouting and then shots. It was terrible. Within minutes, police cars arrived and everything was crowded ," he said.

The event caused a great reaction, especially among the victim's family members. Pajtim Krasniqi's sister, Albana, has reacted with pain through an emotional post on social networks, where she accuses her brother's wife of the serious act.

" She took the life of the man she trusted the most. A betrayal that destroyed our family. We will never be the same again, " she wrote in her post.

This tragedy has left a deep void in the Albanian community in the US, while the authorities continue their investigations to clarify other details.
