One person lost his life after being hit by a vehicle on the Fier-Seman road axis.

According to the police, the vehicle type 'Audi' collided with a 67-year-old driver, and as a result the latter lost his life.

After the accident, the driver abandoned the vehicle and drove off.

Today around 19:10, on the road axis Fier-Seman, in the village of Hoxharë e Vjetër, a vehicle type "Audi" collided with a motor vehicle driven by a citizen BS, 67 years old, resident in Dërmënas, who passed away.

"Work is underway to identify and apprehend the driver of the vehicle who abandoned the vehicle and left the scene," police said.

The investigation team is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
