London authorities have released a photo of a man who collapsed on the streets of London and died nearly 10 days later.

The doctors who found the man on Sixth Avenue, Queen's Park, have stated that he is believed to be Albanian.

The police also released the image of the tattoo that the victim had on his left arm.
It is also reported that the man was wearing only pants and did not have any means of identification with him.

In the footage, police said he could be heard talking to himself in a foreign language, which the force believed to be Albanian.
