The first final defeat in Europe hurt him and José Mourinho vented his anger and frustration after the match in Budapest. The Roma coach met with the refereeing team in the underground car park of the Puskas Arena and attacked referee Taylor, largely to blame for not awarding the Giallorossi a penalty for handball in the Sevilla area and Lamela's wing.

Mourinho used harsh words for the British manager, who was riding in the minibus reserved for match officials, although he tried to refrain to avoid heavy sanctions from UEFA.

"You're a filthy shame, man!". He repeats it twice, seems to leave, but then thinks about it, turns and adds: "And Rosetti (UEFA setter, ed) was able to say that he is not... And you were able ...".

And again, approaching the van where all the judges are boarding: "Congratulations to (unintelligible word) from Var and to all of you. Congratulations!". And then as he leaves: "They have no shame in their faces..." .

Even for this reaction, the Spanish media have taken Mourinho very seriously, who has also been the subject of "memes" by Andalusian fans.
