A serious incident has been discovered in Prizren, after the information of the publication of a video, where two people were seen having sexual relations.
According to Kosovo media, it has been possible to identify the persons in the video, where the victim is a 15-year-old girl.
The police units managed to arrest the 35-year-old man, who was accompanied to the police where he admitted to the police investigators that he had sexual relations with the minor girl and recorded the entire act.
After the completion of the police procedures, the State Prosecutor has ordered that the suspect be sent to prison and will be investigated under suspicion of committing the criminal offense of 'Rape'.
According to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, persons who have sexual relations with persons under the age of 16 commit a criminal offense and may be sentenced to imprisonment of 5 to 20 years.
