Seeking a second term, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti votes: Vote and decide

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti voted this morning in the parliamentary elections.

He was accompanied by his wife, and after the vote, Kurti also gave a brief statement to the media.

Prime Minister Kurti, who is seeking a second term, called on citizens to participate in the voting until 7:00 p.m. 

"A new day and sunny weather for the first regular parliamentary elections in the independent state of Kosovo. I thank the citizens who voted and I encourage everyone to vote. Exercise your democratic right to make your voice heard, use the chance of freedom to decide for the next 4 years. Congratulations and success ," said Kurti.


Earlier, the other two candidates for prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj from the AAK-NISMA coalition and Bedri Hamza from the PDK, also voted.
