Serbian journalist bluffs the pro-Vucic media: They published false news about

Serbian journalist Vera Rankovic has spoken about the tensions in the north of Kosovo, where she has shown how the media close to the power of Aleksandar Vucic have reported untruthfully about the situation.

Through an article on "Facebook", she says that the Serbian president's media have reported that Serbian citizens have clashed with Kosovo's security forces.

"As a journalist, I cannot remain silent. Vučić's media is even worse, reporting that the heavily armed Kosovo security forces have 'clashed' with 'Serb citizens'",  writes Ranković.

"I have to correct: there was no Serbian citizen, but a gang with black masks who prepared for riots and their goal was to obstruct the Albanian presidents (who legally, according to the international community, won the elections that the Serbs themselves boycotted with order of Vučić and Radojčić) to come to their new place of work", she adds.

According to her, Vucic was benefiting from these riots, and she wants to avoid making inflammatory headlines like the Belgrade tabloid Informer.

"Of course the Kosovo police will intervene - who wouldn't? – which immediately became the reason that Vucic would activate the army and deploy it towards the border [with Kosovo]. Once again, half information would incite hatred and who benefits from this but Vučić?", asks Ranković.

"Don't use provocative titles like Informer", concludes the Serbian journalist.
