Kosovo PM Expects EU to Condemn Serbian PM's “Racist Language”

“A racist language” of Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic was the best proof of pathological hatred of the current Serbian regime towards Kosovo citizens and EU should condemn this and distance from such vocabulary of Serbian officials, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci said, Belgrade-based electronic media reported on Thursday.

On Wednesday, in presence of the head of EU Delegation to Serbia Sem Fabrizi, Brnabic said that she was concerned and intimidated by the situation in Kosovo because “you are dealing with people who have literally just come out of the woods”. She also said that Kosovo leaders “start competing in who is a bigger and crazier nationalist and chauvinist”.

Thaci said that such vocabulary was nothing new for Kosovo Albanians, used on “genocide character of yesterday’s and current Serbia”.
