Network for Investigating Corruption and Crime (KRIK) published on Friday a photo from 2017, showing the leader of Serbian Ticket Goran Rakic, the main Serbian criminal from northern Kosovo Milan Radoicic and (at that moment) future Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli sitting on a yacht in Montenegro.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on the occasion that it was a normal thing to talk and that talks must happen.

“What is the matter if someone is talking to Pacolli or Haradinaj? They talked hundreds of times. How many times did [Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica] Dacic and me have talked to Pacolli, it is quite normal”, Vucic said.

However, he did not comment on what a Serbian criminal was doing in such negotiations, why these were done on his luxurious yacht in Budva, how come political negotiations also included a lavish dinner and minors and women with expensive bags (which he despises so much…)

It was also interesting that Radoicic at the time was not even a member of Serbian Ticket (SL) and he was not their official, and at that, at the time himself and director of Office for Kosovo Marko Djuric claimed that they did not even know him.

Radoicic became a vice-president of SL in June 2018 and then he was accused by Kosovo police and prosecution for being involved in the assassination of the opposition Serbian politician from northern Kosovo Oliver Ivanovic. He was afterward also indicted for smuggling and drug trafficking and in Serbia, several court processes were ongoing against him for kidnapping, extortion, robbery…

Soon after this meeting, Pacolli made a surprising turn – he left his political partners at the time and joined the coalition led by Ramush Haradinaj and became a Foreign Minister.

At the press conference on Friday, Vucic was bothered only by the fact that the formation of the future government led by Ramush Haradinaj was negotiated at the yacht, and this government was formed because of the votes of SL.

Kosovo-based Insajderi web portal published another photo from the yacht, showing underman, who due to his constitution and a birthmark on his neck, seemed to be Zvonko Veselinovic, who was marked as another leader of the criminal clan from northern Kosovo.

Pacolli’s political counselor Jetlir Zyberaj confirmed that the meeting was held in the summer of 2017, but that the reporters should ask the outgoing Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj about this and other meetings because he was present in all meetings with Radoicic.
