Vucic accuses the opposition of working with Kosovo Prime Minister

Vucic explicitly connected the organizers of the protest in Serbia with Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and said that this was clear to everyone with the obvious support for protestors from Pristina.

“The main news there is that Djilas has been beaten over. I thought that Haradinaj was joking when he said that he would bring me down, but now I see that he has associates”, Vucic said.

When asked if he would meet the opposition leaders, Vucic said that he would not, but he would speak to the citizens.

Foreign media noticed that Vucic was concerned and that he emphasized insults against the opposition representatives, promised to defend order and law in the country, but also that he called the opposition leaders “fascists, hooligans, and thieves” on several occasions during his addressing to the reporters.

The foreign reporters also noticed that many gathered citizens was shouting “He is Done”, which was also the slogan in October 2000 during the rebellion that led to deposition of the leader at the time Slobodan Milosevic.
