The SP MP in Durrës, Jurgis Çyrbja, two days after leaving the SPAK offices, declared that he was resigning from his mandate for health reasons, just six months before the parliamentary elections. 

Journalist Klodiana Lala spoke on MCN about the resignation of the SP deputy where she said that Prime Minister Edi Rama no longer needed Çyrbja and that he was forced to resign. The journalist stated that according to her sources, Çyrbja will be taken as a defendant by SPAK.

" You say he resigned, I don't think he left his mandate, I think they forced him to make such a decision. It has nothing to do with the Special Prosecutor's Office.
