The powerful earthquake in the Aegean Sea is also felt in Greece and Turkey

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 on the Richter scale was recorded today in the Aegean Sea near the island of Kalymnos in Greece and was also felt in Bodrum, Turkey, reports  Protothema .

The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of five kilometers.

According to data from the European Mediterranean Seismological Center, the earthquake occurred 17 kilometers from the island of Kos.

The Turkish Emergency Situations Agency announced that the 4.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded 20 kilometers away from Bodrum, according to Turkish media.
