Marco Raduanos has escaped from prison in Nuoro in Sardinia, Italy. Mafia boss "Gargano".
Italian media reports that his escape was filmed by security cameras, where the 40-year-old can be seen climbing down the wall thanks to several knotted sheets. Then he ran in a hurry to disappear in the streets of the neighboring village.
Raduanos was sentenced to 19 years in prison for drug trafficking, where according to the Italian media, the drugs came from Albania with destination Puglia. His escape was considered sensational because he escaped from a maximum security prison from which no one had managed to escape in 40 years, including criminals of the caliber of Renato Vallanzasca or Raffaele Cutolo.
