Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called for more help to strengthen air defenses, a week after he said the country faced more than 900 bombings.
"Last night, Russia terrorized Ukraine with over 50 drone attacks, and during the week it launched more than 900 bombs, about 30 missiles and kamikaze drones in different regions of Ukraine," he said.
According to Zelensky, " civil and critical infrastructure" has been targeted the most.
"All these attacks would be impossible if we had enough support from the world in several aspects: long-range capabilities for our security, really effective sanctions to prevent Russia from importing key materials for drone and missile production , and political decisions that could damage Russia's will to continue this war ," Zelensky said.
