Accusations for the benefit of lands, Rama: Mud is thrown on my family, I will sue the wrongdoers

Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to the DP's accusations that, through a special law, he gave the Koleka tribe 22.4 hectares or 224 thousand square meters of land.

Rama considers the facts brought out by the opposition as a leaf drawn from the black water media channels in Tirana and Athens, and propagated by the slaves of the Non Grata balcony.

He warns of lawsuits against the Democratic Party, as he calls those who made the denunciation "evil".

Rama further says that there is only one fact, which according to him is that the dozen heirs of his great-grandfather's properties in Vuno of Himara, like many other heirs of this area, have not yet received their ownership certificates.

Edi Rama: The desperate attempt to make an impossible parallel between the power used for oneself and the family and the power made available to everyone, where even yourself, your family members or your tribe are treated the same as everyone else, is an attempt which I welcome with pleasure, because as much as it is disgusting as always when mud is thrown at my family to actually fight with me, it is also welcome this time to make the difference like night and day between the aggressors of my family and me as their unyielding opponent!

All the facts that expose this effort, as a leaf extracted from the black water media channels in Tirana and Athens, and already propagated by the slaves of the Non Grata balcony, will be part of the next lawsuit in court for these many who, in fact, are paying with an exemplary self-discrediting and self-shame in the eyes of the Albanians for the countless injustices they have done to this country of this people when they had both the stone and the nut in their evil and dirty hands.

• 3 years ago, on August 7, 2021, Artan Lame of Kadastra and the former mayor, now arrested, of the Himarë Municipality, Jorgo Goro, appeared before the residents of Vunoi to announce the completion of the property registration. In the list of beneficiaries, contrary to what Rama claims, there was also the Koleka tribe, and among them Aneta Rama-Koleka;

• It is about 22.4 hectares or 224 thousand square meters, where the Rama brothers take a significant part. Such wealth in that area, uninvested, is estimated at a value of 30 million euros;

• In 2017, Edi Rama and other heirs of the Koleka tribe applied to register their property in the Property Handling Agency-ATP;

• ATP has rejected the registration, in a still unclear decision, but probably because it found deficiencies in the documentation:

• Lack of expropriation decision,

• Lack of accurate mapping (borders) of the property.

• Under these conditions, the heirs of the Koleka family turn to the Vlora Court of Appeal. With Decision no. 49 dt. 19.03.2019:

• Amends decision no. 504 dt. 30.03.2017 of ATP,

• Knows the property of 22.4 ha and makes its positioning.

• All State Institutions, such as ATP, ZRPP-Vlora, Himarë Municipality, Vlorë District, Directorate of Forests and Pastures have abandoned the trial and only the State Bar has formally participated once;

• Meanwhile, from 2016 to 2020, Rama builds a legal framework (2 laws and 7 VKM), the entire legal infrastructure to benefit the property in question:

• Law no. 133, 2015: "On handling the property and completing the compensation process

• This legal framework enables the family of Edi Rama to handle their request for recognition and registration in two aspects:

• Return of the property in conditions where the legal documentation was not complete;

• The obligation of ATP to continue with the registration of the property after the decision of the Court,

and not its review as provided by the previous law.
