Minister Mazniku leaves SPAK after 3 hours: I was called as a person in the know

The Minister of Local Government, Arbjan Mazniku, has left the premises of SPAK after 3 hours. Mazniku was questioned as part of the investigation into the "5D" file.
During a statement for journalists, Mazniku said that he had gone to SPAK to give clarifications.
"I was on a case as a person in the know, I gave clarifications", said Mazniku.
