Noka with Albanians in Hamburg: The power to change Albania lies in your hands

The Democratic Party held a meeting with Albanians in Hamburg, where the Secretary General of the DP, Flamur Noka, MP Tomor Alizoti and member of the presidency, Belind Këlliçi, expressed gratitude for the Albanians who support the DP.

During his speech at the meeting, Noka stated that for the DP's governance, the diaspora will be a priority, offering assistance.

Noka also said that with the DP government, a consumer card will be established, which will reimburse VAT on basket products.

SPEECH OF THE GENERAL SECRETARY OF THE DP, FLAMUR NOKA WITH THE ALBANIANS IN HAMBURG

Honorable compatriots, ladies and gentlemen, sisters and brothers! Allow me to begin my speech by conveying the warmest greetings of the President of the Democratic Party, the leader of the Albanian opposition, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha, to you, to every Albanian in the diaspora.

Sali Berisha and the DP, as the creators and designers of the right to vote for the diaspora, believe very much in the dimension of your vote. They believe very much in the power of your will for a different Albania, for a normal Albania, for an Albania equal for all and accessible for all, for a livable Albania for every Albanian.

Brothers and sisters, we are infinitely convinced that the power of change in Albania lies in your hands and that your vote will give a chance to the transformation of our beloved homeland. It will be your vote that will free our beloved Albania from the clutches of George Soros' mafia, which has turned it into a war wound that is being torn apart by the barbarians of power for 12 years.

Dear sisters and brothers!

Dear Mr. Musa, Mr. Idriz, today you are running for the right, for the CDU and its allies. Today you will have the support of the Albanians of Hamburg and all of Germany, because Albanians can never support a left, which has in its program the main axis, the axis and platform of George Soros.

Because Albanians are called today in the diaspora, called by history at a critical moment. You, brothers and sisters, are called at an important moment where the fate of your country is determined. You are called to decide the fate of democracy in Albania. You are called to make the great and long-awaited change on May 11 by each of you, each of your family members, each Albanian.

You, brothers and sisters, are the hope for change. So our call to you today is, here in Hamburg, in every city in Germany, Europe and the world. Register, the hope is in you. Don't neglect! Register! Your vote is the hope for change.

Është fat i madh për Shqipërinë dhe për shqiptarët që, më në fund ju do ushtroni të drejtën e votës dhe me votën tuaj të mundësoni të sillni dritën në errësirën 12 vjeçare që solli Rama dhe e pllakosën në vendin tonë.

Ju me votën tuaj, do të impononi të mirën për të cilën ka nevojë jetike ai vend. Do të impnoni të mirën mbi të keqen që 12 vjet ka mbjellë narkoregjimi i Xhorxh Soros dhe kukullës së tij, Edi Rama.

Me votën tuaj, vëllezër dhe motra, ju do të ngjallni shpresën dhe do të mundësoni që ajo të dominojë mbi dëshpërimin e mbjellë nga Rama dhe Rilindja. Ju, do të shpëtoni Shqipërinë tonë të dashur. Ju, do ta bëni Shqipërinë me votën tuaj të ndihet krenare dhe të ndihet zonjë e madhe mes vendeve tjera të BE-së.

PD dhe ne demokratët, ju jemi jashtëzakonisht mirënjohës, ju vëllezër dhe motra të diasporës për kontributin jashtëzakonshëm që keni dhënë dhe keni ushtruar në gjithë këto vite.

Vëllezër dhe motra, keni nevojë për nëj qeverisje të denjë, për një qeverisje që zhvillon Shqipërinë. Ju, keni nevojë për një qeveri që ka prioritet shqiptarët dhe hallet e tyre, dhe jo plaçkitjen e tyre. E tillë do të jetë qeveria e PD dhe e Sali Berishës pas 11 majit.

Shqipëria, ju, keni nevojë ëpr nëj forcë politike që ka një program ku në qendër është qytetari dhe Shqipëria, dhe jo patronazhistët partiak të rilindjes.

Në programin e PD do ta gjejë veten çdo shqiptar, do ta gjejë veten pensionisti, gjimnazisti, studenti, mjeku, artisti, arsimtari, profesionisti i lirë, fermeri dhe peshkatari, i papuni dhe i vetpunësuari. Ne kemi një paketë emergjence që do ta nxjerrë Shqipërinë nga kriza. Ne kemi vendosur që Shqipëria të ketë një minimum jetik prej 200 eurosh për t ëpapunin, për pensionistin, apo për atë me ndihmë ekonomike.

Detyra është e qeverisë që të përballojë shpenzimet e familjes dhe familjarëve tuaj, dhe jo e juaja. Nuk do të ketë në Shqipëri kur të qeveriset nga PD dhe Sali Berisha rorogë minimale nën 500 euro. Nuk do të ketë rrogë mesatare nën 1200 euro.

Ne, do të rikthejmë fuqishëm subvencionet në bujqësi që fermeri shqiptar të mos ndihet i braktisur, që fermeri shqiptar të mos ndihet i vjedhur siç ndihet sot. Ne nuk do të kemi në qeverinë tonë Frida Krifca që vjedh taksat edhe të shqiptarëve, edhe të europianëve në programet e bujqësisë.

Qeveria e Sali Berishës dhe e PD do të rikthejë taksën e sheshtë, një taksë që sjell zhvillim dhe mirëqënie për ekonominë dhe familjet shqiptare, për familjet tuaja në atdheun tonë.

Qeveria e PD pas 11 majit do të vendosë kartën e konsumatorit që do t’i rimbursojë çdo familjari, të gjitha shpenzimet që paguan për tvsh-në e shportës.

Qeveria e PD, do jetë një qeverisje për të gjithë shqiptarët.

Për ju të diasporës, vëllezër dhe motra, do të vendosim që çdonjëri prej jush që do të rikthehet në atdhe dhe do të hapë një biznes, për 5 vjet do të ketë zero taksa, nuk do taksoheni, mjafton që të ktheheni dhe të zhvilloni vendin tuaj.

We, for the diaspora, will establish and restore embassies to service, because today embassies, here in Germany and in every country in the world, are not at the service of Albanians, they are hell for every Albanian who has a problem and a problem at their doors.

We will remove this bad seed that, instead of uniting Albanians, has become a divider of Albanians, and this role is being played by Albanian embassies wherever they are today. This time will end!

We will win, brothers and sisters, because the time of this ruler, the time of this corrupt satrap, has ended. That time is gone, May 11 will be the political grave of the time of the barbarians in Albania.

The change that began in November in the White House is also taking forward the regime that was installed in Tirana with the help of George Soros. Because George Soros was the mastermind behind the persecution of the opposition and the imprisonment of Sali Berisha, along with Edi Rama, his puppet in Albania. This crutch has now fallen all over the world, and not just for Albania, with the victory of President Trump.

We are here, on behalf of the DP, to call on you, every Albanian who works and lives in Germany, to vote for the CDU and Friedrich Merz, Chancellor. You have voted for a healthier Germany, for a Germany that makes you prouder, that makes you feel more dignified. Vote for the CDU, vote for its alliance, because you have voted for your families, for your children.

Register in Albania, do not neglect any vote. Every vote of yours is a major potential for change. All Albanians there have their eyes on you. Albanians expect you to enable change, and we are convinced that you will make the difference.
