Protests shake Rama, citizens demand his resignation, the Prime Minister calls

On the 8th day of anti-government protests, now spread not only in Albania, but also abroad by the diaspora, Prime Minister Rama has chosen to react once again with arrogance towards citizens who are demanding his resignation.

In a reaction, Rama referred only to the banners, overlooking the essence of the grand protest that has flooded the cities of Albania and abroad.

Referring to them as "dumb people," the prime minister calls the protest an "imaginary flamenco revolution," without focusing on the purpose of the protests: revolt against government corruption.

"LONG LIVE MEMEMANIA. Let's agree to avoid the mistaken belief that I don't like anything about this imaginary flamingo revolution. As much as I am sorry for the crooning, crooning, crooning speeches mixed with nonsense, I am amused by the creativity of the memes, for which I sincerely congratulate and thank the authors, while I am truly sorry that I cannot post some of my other favorites here because they are too hot and in vain new misunderstandings are created, as if the ones we have about the imaginary risks from a project that will further transform Albania are not enough ," Rama writes.
