A message from the mayor of Librazhd, Mariglen Disha, sent to groups of municipal subordinates, has revealed the pressure exerted on the administration, before Rama's meeting in Elbasan.

According to Disha's message, administrative unit employees are instructed to control the participation of notified persons, to appoint someone responsible at the entrance for their orientation and to ensure their settlement in the designated areas. It is also requested that participants not leave during the activity.

The part that has attracted the most attention is related to the request to have people in each area who would create an enthusiastic atmosphere during the prime minister's speech, through applause and cheers.

"Please double check that we are ok with the announcements with the people. Also from each unit/administrative leave someone at the entrance to identify and direct the people ... and someone in your area according to the map to arrange them in places, but don't let them run out of time in the middle of the event. Also in each unit area make sure you have some "enthusiasts" - people who will applaud and cheer during the CM's speech," reads the message sent by Disha.
