Bullets on the police 'Eagles', how officer Enea Mekollli was killed

Violand Braçellari, the 43-year-old from Loazhani who killed Korça police officer Enea Mekolli with an automatic rifle and injured his colleague Edison Adri, is said to have used bullets with bullet-proof vests.

The wanted person used heavy weapons and ammunition, so he quickly neutralized the two police officers, one of whom, Enea Mekolli, suffered 5 wounds, three to the body, one to the head and one to the leg.

The three blows to the body caused the bulletproof vest to crack. During the seizure of the automatic weapon, it was determined that the ammunition used by Violand Braçellari belonged to the bullet-piercing bullets.

Violand Braçellari was known in the area as a high-risk person, having escaped arrest by the police several times. Wherever he went to his stable, he carried a firearm with him, bringing an immediate reaction.

Currently, the Korça prosecution has launched investigations against Violand Braçellari on charges of "Murder due to special qualities" against a police officer and "Murder due to special qualities against a police officer" remaining in the attempted stage, as well as "Unauthorized possession of firearms and ammunition", and weapons offenses against State Police officers.

For all these charges, Braçellari risks a life sentence.

Meanwhile, it is expected that an investigation for "Abuse of Duty" has been opened in connection with this matter, to conduct verifications on the leadership and implementation role of the Korça police officers in this action.

Several police officers, including the Director of Korça, Vilson Bala, and the Deputy Director of Korça Police, Eduart Allushi, will be questioned about this matter, whether they had operational information that Braçelari was a dangerous person.

Violand Braçelari declared in the village of Lozhan that if the police came to him, they would shoot him, which indicates that he posed a high risk.

The main question that arises in this matter is why the officers were left with the first vehicle and the drivers did not go, and then they were the ones who had to wait for the officers, creating a risk analysis of the moment.

Why didn't the director and deputy director, the chief of the police station, come to the forefront, this is always when they had no information about the danger related to Braçellari, but left this matter to their subordinates.

Meanwhile, another question that arises in this matter is why, when the complete siege was carried out, the police were not instructed to maintain distance and call for surrender? / Elton Qyno-Syri.net
