Edona Bilali, the SP candidate who failed to become an MP, sparked numerous reactions online during the electoral campaign. In an electoral spot, which featured an elderly man in the hospital, the message was: Vote for Edona and then you die!

For this spot, Bilali was asked by journalists outside the Parliament if he had an apology to the citizens.

But Bilali, who considered it a joke that "clearly outside of Shkodra people are not ready for this," did not consider the spot unworthy, even though she deleted it a few minutes after sharing it on social networks.

"He's not an old man, he's a comedian. But I think that clearly in Tirana and mainly outside Shkodra you're not ready for this kind of humor yet," Bilali declared.
