Bardhi reports Balluku and Majlinda Bufi to SPAK: They allowed the construction

The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has today filed a complaint with SPAK against the Mayor of Fier, Majlinda Bufi, and the Deputy Prime Minister, also Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku.

 In a post on social media, Bardhi wrote that both officials allowed the construction of the TEC in violation of the law. According to Bardhi, construction is not allowed in an agricultural area by law. 

"Majlinda Bufi's acts of lawbreaking are endless!

Every day, evidence emerges that Majlinda Bufi and Belinda Balluku do not prioritize the interests of citizens, but only their personal interests. All evidence of flagrant violation of the law in this case, discovered by the investigation of the show "Piranjat", will be filed with SPAK on Monday.

I very much hope that the special prosecution will punish with the force of law the flagrant abuse of the law and the intentional harm to the interests of citizens.

In an agricultural area that is not allowed to build by law, it cannot be built just because the corrupt personal interest of Belinda and Majlinda demands it! The law above any personal interest should be the model of behavior for every public official. The opposite is criminal audacity and cannot go without consequences! ", writes Bardhi.
