Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha has presented parts of the post-May 11 governing program.
The chief democrat has stated that the 'Rama' fuel tax will be dropped and fuel will not be sold in Albania at a price that differs by +-10% from that of Kosovo and Macedonia.
" The 'Rama' fuel tax is being reduced and fuel will not be sold in Albania at a price that differs by +-10% from that of Kosovo and Macedonia. Inspections by various inspectors in businesses will be reduced by 4 times, 4 times."
Everything will be done for the most complete digitalization of business activities. Fiscal legislation will be simplified to the maximum, to ensure the sustainability of the fiscal code and laws.
All fiscal incentives granted by preferential laws and decisions, ordered by family members and oligarchs of government officials, will be canceled.
They pay 6% tax, at a time when citizens pay 20% VAT. The law on strategic investments, as it is, will not exist. The Strategic Investment Corporation, the largest corruption corporation in history, ends the first week of the DP and allies government.”
Berisha has stated that the current system of fines and penalties hostile to business will be completely reviewed.
" The current system of fines and penalties hostile to business will be completely revised. VAT will be reimbursed in real time and will no longer be at ministerial discretion."
A board will be established immediately to determine compensation for the consequences resulting from the change in the exchange rate, in defense of entrepreneurs and domestic production, as the narcoeuro has become a Demokleus proclamation for them, and they will be compensated.
In the entrepreneurship program, there are several categories that will receive special treatment, said Democratic Leader Sali Berisha.
"The informal economy will be halved. The medium-term objective for budget revenues will be 30%. In the entrepreneurship program, there are several categories that will have special treatment.
These are the youth, women and the diaspora. Zero social and health insurance for 12 months, for the first employment of young people by the entrepreneur up to the age of 25.
Also exemption from paying income tax until the age of 25. Fiscal incentives and financial support for investors under the age of 35.
Students and professionals will be supported each year with grants of 5-30 thousand euros for startups that will be launched. The burden of profit tax will be removed for women who open a business and social and health insurance will be subsidized for them and their staff, with the condition that at least half of the employees are women and girls, or young people up to the age of 30.
