Berisha in Kukës: Rama expelled Kosovo government representatives from

Opposition leader Sali Berisha praised the historical contribution of the area from Kukes, especially during the 1999 crisis, when thousands of Albanians from Kosovo took refuge.

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, accused Prime Minister Rama of an anti-national stance, calling him "the son of Havzi Nela's executioner" and criticized him for expelling representatives of the Kosovo government from Tirana.

Berisha : Dear citizens, residents of Kukës, Has and Tropoja, my warmest greetings, my boundless gratitude to you for this fantastic reception.
For this magnificent message that you convey tonight throughout Albania, in every vote, in every Albanian heart, the message of hope, the message of the brilliant victory of May 11th,
I come here to present to you the project of the Alliance for a Great Albania, the most powerful alliance that the country has known to date, which brings together 25 political parties.
An alliance, which with its project has decided to give a more determined, more confident response to the major problems that Albanian citizens face today.
It is difficult to talk about greatness in dark times, but it is fatal to forget the greatness on which you were raised.
Kukës, Hasi, Tropoja, but also the whole of Albania, have in their history, in their heritage some of the most magnificent acts.
They have in their heritage some of the most fabulous wealth.
They truly have the most extraordinary potential for which no one can be greedy.
So this project of Great Albania is based on a magnificent heritage that we have.
It is based on an extraordinary wealth that we have, on the great potentials, which we seek nothing more than to transform into good for the citizens of Kukës, Hasi, Tropoja and Albania.
My friends, we start this project with the patriotic state, with the patriotic state.
The patriotic state is the state of men and women who love their land, love their country.
Men and women who believe that love for the country, for their land, for Hasi, Kukës and Tropoja, is Archimedes' Lever to multiply their energies.
To multiply faith, to make the impossible possible.
To transform these blessed lands into prosperous lands for its inhabitants.
My friends, no one has paid more dearly than you for the love of the country, for Kukës, for Has, for Tropoja, for Albania.
But in fact, we owe that price today to our existence as a proud nation, an Albanian nation.
I will not dwell on past history, no. But I will stop only in the spring of 1999, when you men and women of Kukës, Has and Tropoja, your votes became famous throughout the world for your generosity. You became famous throughout the world and made fail in the streets, alleys of this city, these villages, this region, the ominous projects of Slobodan Milosevic, who thought that by expelling hundreds of thousands of Albanians, he would lead them to disaster. Indeed, you led them towards your noble vows and welcomed them as brothers in a sublime act of national unity.
Friends, seen from this angle, Edi Rama is as much an enemy as his father, of Kukës.
As much an enemy as his father who signed the hanging of his immortal son, the great poet, the hero of free speech, Havzi Nela, in the square of this city.
Havzi Nela had 5 thousand verses dedicated to Kosovo in his work.
Edi Rama, the son of Havzi Nela's executioner, expelled the representative of the Kosovo government from Tirana two weeks ago, because he nicknamed him the enemy, at a time when the US labeled that resolution as a dead and meaningless letter.
Dead for the US, but not for Vučić and his hired hand in Tirana, who in an anti-national act forced the Kosovo delegation to leave Tirana.
