World Day of the Elderly, Vasili: Humility and endless gratitude!

On December 14, 1990, the United Nations General Assembly designated October 1 as the day of global respect for the elderly.

For the International Day of the Elderly, the vice-president of the Freedom Party, Petrit Vasili, has reacted and through a post on Facebook, he writes that today is a day of balance for what the elderly have given and are giving to this society deeply shocked by the values of her.

Day of thoughts today on the day of the elderly.

Day of deep reflection for hundreds of thousands of honorable citizens of the third age.

Days of balance for what the elderly have given and give to this society deeply shaken in its values.

Day of gratitude for what they have done in active work and what they do today in Albanian families where grandparents have become pillars of children's education and family cohesion.

Days when society feels so bad about how little it helps and supports the elderly.

A day to blush for everyone when they see the dignified modesty of the elderly, who ask for so little and society denies you even that little.

Days when the government has nothing to say about them because it has robbed them too with its gluttony and while counting the pennies of the elderly, which it has allegedly added to your pensions, it has swallowed billions.

Days when the Prime Minister of the country does not spend even a single word on them, when it is known his tireless hysteria to post all kinds of broccoli on social networks.

Endless humility before their sublime nobility and the values that the elders pass on to us.

What would society be without them, without the elderly?

An insensitive habitat, which runs towards nowhere and which flattens values and elevates anti-values.

Kissing the golden hands of the elderly is the least we can do!!
