Dritan Agolli at SPAK, Vangjeli: The head of ADF received 4 national projects

Genta Vangjeli, spokeswoman for anti-corruption in DP, has commented on the call to SPAK of the Head of the Albanian Development Fund, Dritan Agolli, the day before, where he was questioned for about 2 hours.

Through a "Skype" connection with the MCN studio, she said that the DP's denunciations have been joined by the HLSH, which has found violations in the development of procurement procedures by the ADF.

According to Vangjeli, the violations found by KLSH were for the reconstruction process.

"It is true that DP has denounced ADF and Dritan Agolli personally for benefiting from public funds for personal and family interests. DP's denunciations are joined by the High State Audit which has found violations in the development of procurement procedures by ADF .

The violations were for the reconstruction process, there were also violations of the contract terms and at the same time of the payments of the unfinished but paid construction work situations," said Vangjeli.
Vangjeli further clarified that Agolli through his company, "Magnum Opus Group" has received 4 long-term national projects.

"The DP and I have denounced with documented facts that Agolli, who has held several positions, starting with the director of urban planning and then was the general administrator of the Municipality of Tirana and at the same time a member of the UKT board and during this time when this institution carried out a procurement procedure for consultants, the contract was won and signed by the company owned by Dritan Agolli. This is about "Magnum Opus Group", owned 100% by Agolli. The contract was worth ALL 78 million and through this company Agolli , simultaneously and holder of the ADF has implemented at least 4 long-term national projects in the capacity of a consultant for these 4 projects.

The first is the drafting of the strategic business plan of the State Authority for Spatial Information, the 2018-2030 project of the Ministry of Tourism, the national action plan for the national strategy for climate change 2020-2030 and the national plan for the safe management of chemicals drawn up in 2020-2030.

Agolli, in the capacity of the holder of the ADF, has been part of the organization of these projects, and at the same time as an implementer in the capacity of a consultant through "Magnum Opus Group".
