The member of the Presidency of the DP, Grigels Muçollari, reacted after the decision of the Supreme Court, which rejected the request of Sali Berisha and Jamarber Malltez.

Through a post on social networks, Muçollari describes the decision of GJL as evidence that there is no hope for justice. 

" Today's decision of the Supreme Court is a proof that there is no hope for justice in any instance, and that the prosecutor of the court at every level in Albania is like Edi Rama. The Supreme Court had to stop today the legal absurdity of keeping in arrest of the leader of the Opposition, Sali Berisha, without any evidence, without any evidence, without any charges.


But this did not happen, deepening even more the injustice and political persecution of the opponent, in a regime controlled more and more every day by Edi Rama. 6 months of arrest for the leader of the Opposition was the trace of the power in justice and a heavy mark for the country that is a member of NATO and a candidate for EU membership.

Today's decision is an invitation to citizens and democrats to resist even more, and not let the country fall into the abyss when justice is given by the man who has been identified as the biggest source of corruption in the country, and who has the most connections dangerous with crime" , writes Muçollari.
