Këlliçi: Bushka, the real estate agent of the Veliaj couple, promises of appointments to the Constitutional Court and obstruction of SPAK investigations

The political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, in a press statement accused the socialist MP Klotilda Bushka of being a realtor for the Veliaj-Xoxa couple.

Këlliçi stated that Bushka obstructed SPAK's investigations and in return offered appointments to the Assembly and the Constitutional Court.

Dear citizens,

In recent weeks, various media outlets have brought to the public's attention the occult connections of Socialist Party MP and Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee, Klotilda Bushka, with the leader of 5D and the de facto owner of the Tirana Incinerator, Erion Veliaj.

Even in recent media reports, it is clearly seen that Klotilda Bushka is being cast as the realtor of the Veliaj couple and the leaders of the 'new justice' like Naureda Llagami.

The Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee was denounced a few weeks ago by the investigative show PLUG on Syri TV, as one of the main links in the corrupt chain that includes the Veliaj couple and the associations controlled by them, headed by the "Benussi" Institute and the NGOs BYL-A and SHIZI.

Yesterday, Ora News, another media outlet barbarically attacked by the mayor of Tirana, reported new evidence and facts about how Bushka, in violation of the law and the independence of institutions, uses her position as chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee to exchange favors.

From the conversations published yesterday, dating from November 2023 - January 2024, it turns out that Klotilda Bushka uses not only luxury restaurants, but also the private office of Veliaj's family and secure applications like Telegram, to conduct conversations and bargains in violation of the law, abusing her position.

In these conversations, Bushka offers former head of the Constitutional Court, Llagami, support for her election to the Constitutional Court, when the latter's mandate at the Constitutional Court ends.

In exchange for the assistance that Bushka sought from those who had the investigative files reviewed in the Appeals Chamber of the Criminal Court of Kosovo, he offered appointments in the Assembly and the continuation of a career in the 'new justice' system.

When, as expressed in media interviews, Llagami realizes that Bushka is lying to her, she herself admits that Veliaj is not in a hurry, thus warning of the imprisonment of the mayor of Tirana.

The conversations, exchanges and negotiations of Bushka and her people with the leaders of the justice system are nothing more than criminal bargains at the expense of the law and citizens.

When you watch these conversations, you actually understand quite clearly what the swamp is and who the reptiles are, whose visas Albanians should revoke once and for all on May 11th.

The Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee is now registered in the relevant register of notifications as a person suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Acts that impede the discovery of the truth", provided for by Article 301 of the Criminal Code.

So the MP who heads the Parliamentary Committee where every legal act that affects justice reform is discussed, it turns out that she has obstructed SPAK's investigations:

By helping to destroy the phone as a tool for evidence of the Veliaj couple's corruption;

By directing witnesses to give false testimony;

By obstructing investigations to learn that the Veliaj couple's shell company had the home address of the very Chairwoman of the Laws Committee;

All of these acts are morally, politically, and criminally reprehensible.

Today, the Albanian Parliament is in danger, because Edi Rama has given the public message that whoever prevents corruption from being discovered has the protection of the head of the organization!

We invite every Albanian citizen, on May 11, to give the deserved response to this criminal organization, which has held the fate of Albanians hostage for 12 years and which today formally bears the name of the Socialist Party of Albania.
