Malltezi: Linda Rama has appropriated land from Dajti National Park

The head of the Department of Environment in DP, Jamarbër Malltezi, has accused Linda Rama of having acquired land in Surrel illegally.

According to Malltez, the land was part of the Dajti National Park and was divided in a falsified manner according to the alleged law 7501 so that Linda Rama became its owner.

Declaration:

Today we are giving 11 facts about Edvinat e Linda.

Edi Rama gave Linda a construction permit in violation of the urban planning law in the square between the buildings.

This construction permit was in violation of urban conditions and urban distances.

Linda and Edi Rama have not paid a single lek for the 'dowry palace'.

12 years ago, Edi Rama promised that he would make transparency for the Albanians, but even 12 years later, Edi Rama can't even show a single invoice.

The permission and every payment for the construction and registration in the ZRPP of the dowry palace was made by the 2T company of the former commander of the Guard. The 2T company after 2013 has won hundreds of millions of euros of public money from public tenders.

So was this the reward for the 'dowry palace'?

The former head of the LDKP, Zana Xhuka, in 2013 launched an investigation into the "dowry palace" and invited Linda Rama to present invoices and evidence.

The head of Linda dismissed the head of the LDKP, Zana Xhuka, as soon as she started investigations into the 'dowry palace.'

Linda lied as if she bought the land in Surrel for 2 euros per m2, while in newspaper interviews they admitted that the land there is sold for 20 euros to 30 euros per m2.

Linda has acquired land in Surrel illegally, as it was part of Dajti National Park and was falsely divided according to the alleged law 7501.

The land acquired by Linda in Surrel was found to have been acquired in violation of the law and was sent to the prosecutor's office and to the court for the removal of the ownership title, either by the prefect, Keltis Kruja, or by the prefect, Besnik Dervishi.

Engjëll Agaçi went to the Administrative Court, pressuring the judges to dismiss the suit for the removal of the ownership title for the illegal robbery of the land in Surrel.

A judge of the Administrative Court who did not submit to Engjëll Agac's request was dismissed from the vetting. That judge has taken the appeal for his dismissal to Strasbourg, citing political disobedience as the reason for the illegal robbery of the land where Linda and Edi built the houses.

These are the 11 facts, and here we are not talking at all about the mockery that the internationals made of Linda's reports, which she copied and pasted in order to get as much money as possible.

For example, in the Millennium Development Goals he wrote that the only goal for the entire third millennium for the city of Gramsci would be the closing of the weapons factory.

So, no idea, no concept neither for employment, nor for investments, nor for the living of the inhabitants of Gramshit.

We invite Edwin from Linda to answer each of the 11 facts we gave.
