The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, started his speech at the civic gathering with a minute of silence in honor of the victims of the massacre a few days ago in Shkodër.

During his speech, Berisha accused Edi Rama that, wherever he travels, he travels as an enemy of the Albanian Nation because he has emptied Albania more than any invasion in all its times.
