Democratic MPs held a group meeting in Kukës, where the elections for the head of the municipality will be held on September 24.

Deputy Ervin Salianji is known to have declared during the meeting that anyone who votes for the government should be expelled from the party. Salianji said that auxiliary government formations cannot disguise themselves as opposition MPs.

"To have a clear position on the electoral reform, I have been speaking for open lists for years, but we must clarify the "market" for lists with primaries. Anyone who votes for the government and joins them against the will of the majority of the PDSH parliamentary group should be expelled from the group. Auxiliary government formations cannot be camouflaged as opposition MPs" , said Salianji.
