Miloti problems with drinking water, Elda Hoti: For months, 100 families have

Democratic deputy Elda Hoti, through a post on social networks, writes that Miloti has significant problems with drinking water.

Hoti emphasizes that for months, nearly 100 families have not been supplied with drinking water. She says that despite the fact that the situation is serious, the municipality does not take any measures.

"Milot has been facing the lack of drinking water for days.

For months, about 1000 families have had problems with the supply of drinking water.

The pipelines are destroyed to the extent that drinking water flows into the streets. Despite the complaints, the municipality does not take any measures, because for them the interest of the citizens is the last.

But the Municipality does not hesitate at any moment to take money from the citizens, but does not provide services.

This whole situation is a consequence of the lack of investment in the water supply, which automatically leads to the pollution of the sources and this affects the quality of the water, seriously endangering the health of the inhabitants from diseases.

It should be added that this is a poor area which makes it impossible to buy drinking water to meet daily family needs.

It is alarming to believe that no investment of Water and Sewerage has been made in this area for years and the residents face the lack of drinking water, while the bills continue quietly.

I call on the responsible authorities, in the capacity of deputies of the area, to take urgent measures to supply water to the residents.

Kurbini should no longer be trampled on. I invite the residents to react to protect their rights. The Democratic Party will be by your side.

I also call on the residents of Kurbin, Mirdita and Lezha to be present at the national protest on October 7 in front of the Prime Minister's Office", writes MP Hoti.
