The member of the Presidency of the DP, Belind Kelliçi, has commented on the recent decision of SPAK to send for trial 12 defendants for the incinerators, with the exception of Engjëll Agac and Edi Rama.

In a direct link to Syri Tv, Kelliçi said that today's decision was ridiculous and that if anyone had an alibi for SPAK whether it was sold or not, today he got the answer.

Kelliçi reiterated that the actual owner of the incinerators is Erion Veliaj.

"Unfortunately, I would say that today SPAK, with this decision-making, rejected every hint, question mark that could remain, every thread of hope that could remain, that this institution is independent and that this institution is there to do justice.

Today, Erion Veliaj's colleagues in SPAK, those who are paid with SP lek, the head of Water and Sewerage Altin Dumani, to whom Erion Veliaj gave the UKT building for free to exercise his duties, in an absurd decision-making, have amnestied Úngjëll Agaçin and Edi Rama.

How is it possible, a retired director such as the case of Mr. Simixhiu or the other case of Taulant Tusha, or other ordinary officials, how is it possible that simple employees are being held responsible for an affair that has so far cost 132 million euros?!
