Lawsuit against the MPs for the fire in the Parliament? Bardhi: They neither

The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, has commented on the warning of the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, about lawsuits against the MPs who started a fire in the Assembly hall.

Bardhi says that such demands are a sign of a regime and neither scare the opposition nor intimidate them.

" Signs of a regime that, after rushing the security forces to the deputies, is doing the worst service to the citizens' faith in justice.

They don't bother us, they scare us, they don't intimidate us, neither with security forces, nor with prosecutors and judges, I expect them to reject this behavior of the Minister of the Interior and the government that treats them as subordinates.

Asked if the expelled opposition MPs will participate in the next plenary session, "each colleague is determined to continue his action."

" They will have to clarify that what they have in their hands is what they will do. Nor have they ever bothered us about arbitrary actions contrary to the regulation of the Assembly to exclude opposition MPs from parliamentary actions, nor have they hindered us for the opposition action.

Despite these arbitrary actions, each colleague is determined to continue his action, until the fulfillment of those requirements that constitute the rights of the opposition."
