PD for incinerators: Did Klodian Zoto buy shares in the company that has the

DP has come up with the next questions about the so-called affair of incinerators. The member of the National Council, Akil Kraja, recalled that 6 years ago, 17-year-old Ardit Gjoklaj lost his life in the Sharra landfill.

Kraja emphasized that Gjoklaj was employed in violation of the law, by a company subcontracted by the Municipality of Tirana, which was promoted as a success story in waste recycling at the Sharra Landfill.

"The court came to the conclusion that Ardit Gjoklaj was killed somewhere else, not in the Sharra landfill, and that his body was brought by a mysterious vehicle. Meanwhile, the photo of prosecutor Fusha while having lunch with Mayor Veliaj can provide an answer as to why the culprits were not punished and why the theft of the century continues" , declared Kraja from the blue headquarters.

The latter raises questions related to the author of the "murder" of Gjoklaj, the responsibilities of the Municipality of Tirana in the waste recycling concession at the Sharra landfill, whether it is Klodian Zoto, the one who bought quotas in the company EcoRecycling, which has the monopoly of recycling waste in Sawmill, etc.

- Who killed Ardit Gjoklajn and what are the responsibilities of the Municipality of Tirana in the waste recycling concession in the public landfill of Sharra?

- Is it true that Klodian Zoto bought for only a few thousand euros the part of his shares in the EcoRecycling company that has the monopoly of waste recycling in Sawrë, and that this monopoly is worth several million euros a year?

- Is it true that Klodian Zoto bought the capital's waste recycling monopoly from a phantom company whose partner was a tractor driver, with an official address, 5 meters from the Këlcyre post office?

- Has this phantom company based in Këlcyre had a connection with those arrested in Verona as being involved in the trafficking of garbage for the account of the Italian Ndragheta? How was this ghost company selected by Tirana Municipality?

- How does the Municipality of Tirana explain the fact that Klodian Zoto is paid three times by the citizens of Tirana: once for burning trash that does not burn; the second for waste recycling and, third, for the management of construction sector soils? Why should we pay Klodian Zoto when everything happens on public land? Is it because the Municipality of Tirana, and consequently the Mayor himself, is an indirect partner with Klodian Zoto in the company EcoRecycling?
