The 'pearls' of the 500-page file of SPAK

The 500-page file prepared by SPAK against the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, contains accusations of corruption and money laundering, mainly related to the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

The investigation also includes other assets of Malltezi and his wife, Argita Berisha Malltezi, including apartments and bank accounts, which have been seized.

SPAK emphasizes that Berisha maintained a clean image in public, while material benefits passed through his daughter and son-in-law.

Berisha also reacted to these statements, who in the 'online' conference with journalists stated that as far as the reports from the investigative file are concerned, they are forgeries, accusing them of concealing official documents.

He said that the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime was mobilized by order of Rama, to blame Berisha.

The chief democrat denounced that SPAK wants to put the blame of 2013 on the leader of the opposition, even though the signature for the change of the area from a sports area to a residential area, according to him, belongs to Edi Rama.

"These forgers and fraudsters write that on 22.05.2006, the owner represented by Jamarbër Malltezi signed a contract with the company Kontakt where the company undertook the change of destination. According to Skapit, this was realized by the approval in the KRTRSH of the Republic 6 months later, on 21.11.2006 with the signature of Sali Berisha.

But what are these wretched beings hiding for the year 2006, who are ready to spit on their faces? HIDE the official document that proves that this change of destination was decided on 12.05.2006 by the decision of the Technical Council of KRRT, which consisted of 10 directors of Edi Rama, and what was most special about this place was that it was taken after no request of the land owners and the institutions that administered the Partizani club. This decision was made 10 days before the land owners signed a contract with the construction company.

On the basis of this change of destination, Edi Rama, through the Technical Council of the Municipality, determined which issue entered the agenda of the KRRT. So, the destination was changed by Edi Rama on 12.5.2006 in the Technical Council of the Municipality of Tirana and then 10 days later in the Council of Territorial Regulation, chaired not by Sali Berisha, but by Edi Rama. "- said Berisha.

However, the pearls of SPAK have not finished showing once again that they are dependent on Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Recently, Jamarbër Malltezi has shared on his Facebook account, some parts of the file where frauds and magnification outside the optics are clearly visible.

“392.5. Në vijim, pas shtimit të pasurisë së paluajtshme, konstatohet se një pjesë e rëndësishme e të ardhurave të shtetasve Malltezi, derivon nga dhënia me qera e këtyre pasurive.

Si qeramarrës evidentohen ndër të tjerë shoqëria Irene Acqua Gas Albanian Branch. Kjo shoqëri me NIPT K71808002H e regjistruar më datë 22.05.2007, sipas raportit të auditimit të depozituar në QKB, rezulton se është degë e shoqërisë italiane Iren Acqua Gas s.p.a. Në fund të vitit 2009, ka marrë në dorëzim projekte në Golem e Tiranë lidhur me shërbimet e integruara të ujit dhe të shpërndarjes së gazit. Në vitin 2010 është angazhuar më një projekt të tretë në Bovillë. Projekti i Tiranës dhe Bovillës ka përfunduar në vitin 2013 ndërsa projekti i Golemit do të përfundojë në tre mujorin e parë të vitit 2014.

Konkretisht në ILDKPK është dorëzuar një kontratë qeraje e datës 01.01.2012 lidhur mes shtetases Argita Malltezi dhe Raimondo Chiodi menaxher i përgjithshëm i shoqërisë Iren Acqua Gas, Dega Shqipëri, i lindur në Libi, për dhënien me qera të pasurisë ap 12/5 me sip 120.5 m2 pranë ETC-së, në shumën prej 8 000 euro në muaj.”

Vet Malltezi shkruan se kjo sipërfaqje është lënë me qera për vlerën 800 €/muaj, ndërkohë në perlat e SPAK figuron si 8,000€ ne muaj.

Për vitin 2012 (deklarata datë 29.03.2013) shtetësja Argita Malltezi deklaron: Shitja e një garazhi në rrugën Lidhja e Prizrenit në vlerën 45 424 euro... - Të ardhura nga shitja e pronës së patundshme në rrugën Lidhja e Prizrenit në vlerën 55 424 euro. Tek të dhënat konfidenciale ka deklaruar (kontratë për shitje prone të patundshme për një vlerë prej 45 424 euro dhe një pagesë e prapambetur prej 10 000 euro pas shitjes së një apartamenti ndaj të njëjtit blerës, pagesë që sipas kontratës së mëparshme, do paguhej vetëm pas regjitrimit të pronës në ZRPP) (nr. 118 rep nr. 35 kol datë 20.02.2012).

395.4. Gjithashtu, konstatohet se shtetësja Argita Malltezi, pavarësisht se rezulton të ketë shitur apartamentin dhe shtesën në vitin 2008, ka vijuar të deklarojë përfitim qeraje për pasuri të ndodhura në rrugën Lidhja e Prizrenit.

Për vitin 2008, në deklaratën periodike vjetore shtetasja Argita Malltezi deklaron Qera:...Nga dhënia me qera e një apartamenti Rr. Lidhja e Prizrenit 1170 euro/muaj neto, për 4 muaj. Edhe në DVIP për vitin 2009, kjo shtetase deklaron: "...nga dhënia me qera e një apartamenti Rr. Lidhja e Prizrenit 1170 euro/muaj neto X 12 muaj”.

Ndërsa rreth kësaj Jamarbër Malltezi shkruan se apartamenti që merret me qera është tjetër dhe vijon të jetë e sot me qera. Mesa duket SPAK, si ka bërë mirë llogaritë.

While the case is still under investigation, in the voluminous file of SPAK, the case is over. "We are still investigating, but Edi Rama's maids write in the accusations that the trial was carried out", writes Malltezi.

We remind you that Berisha's daughter, Argita Malltezi, also reacted to the situation and said that if GJKKO will punish them, she will pursue the case at every step of the judiciary, up to Strasbourg.

"We have opposed and will oppose every act of justice in court, while I am in front of the media to fight another battle, that of the media and of explaining this issue to the Albanians. I said from the beginning, that there is no more beautiful decoration than this for Berisha".

Asked if they will accept the decision of the Special Court, Argita Berisha Malltezi stated that this will not happen.

"Of course not, you can't plead guilty when there's no evidence. We will continue all the steps that the judiciary has. Without question, we will also go to Strasbourg", she emphasized.
