Dear citizens, the price of water from 45 lek became 65 lek and the price for business increased from 135 lek to 190 lek. So, not only the bill at your house increased, but simultaneously the price of bread, coffee, tea, basic foods increased.

The Water Regulatory Body itself has admitted not more than a year ago in its official report that "We do not have water 24 hours a day".
