Draft budget of 2025, PD requests 600 mln additional funds for women with cancer

The Democratic Party has submitted an amendment to the 2025 budget in the Assembly.

In the proposal forwarded through 9 deputies, DP requests an additional fund for women affected by breast cancer.

More specifically, the PD proposes the addition of a fund of 600 million lek that will be used to reimburse the costs of breast reconstruction prostheses and wigs for women diagnosed and undergoing medical treatment for breast cancer.

"The fund of 600 million Lek will be used to reimburse expenses for breast reconstruction prostheses and wigs for women diagnosed and in the medical treatment of breast cancer. This fund is detailed and used by decision of the Council of Ministers ", it is stated in amendment.
