The coordinator for the departments in PD, Silvi Bardhi, in an interview in Ora Neës, said that Shkodra has not been distinguished as the city of crime, but as the city of humor.

Bardhi: Today we came to Shkodra to join all the citizens of Shkodra who a few days ago were terrorized by a criminal act that happened in the city of Shkodra.

In the city which for all of us symbolizes the city of humor, the city of culture, the city of smiles, of art.

So a city which has never been known for being a city of crime, and I'm sorry for that.

Today I visited a really terrorized city and I regret it because today I saw citizens who, although they joined the citizens' protest in the city of Shkodra, were really surprised by the pretty high participation of the citizens.

This is a sign to say that honest citizens and those who live in the city of Shkodra are those who want to have a normal life.
