The Democratic Party's candidate for deputy in Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, has appealed to the women and girls of Shkodra to despise a scoundrel who addresses them with shameful language, as he calls it.

Through a Facebook post, Bardh Spahia writes that the city of Shkodra does not deserve to be represented by a person who despises autism or promotes indecent images.

"Dear Ladies of Shkodra:

You mothers, sisters, wives and daughters of a city with traditions and dignity, I have a heartfelt appeal for each of you today. You do not deserve a harbut who addresses you with shameful language.

"Boycott and despise an individual who disparages autism or calls on children to see his nude photos. Shkodra, our cradle of culture, dignity and values, does not deserve to be represented by anyone who tramples on these principles ," Spahia writes.
