ODIHR's report on the May 14 elections, Zhulali: It does not recognize them as either legitimate or free

ODIHR's report on the May 14 elections, Zhulali: It does not recognize them

The head of the Department of Foreign Relations in DP, Ilda Zhulali, has commented on the final report of OSCE/ODHIR on the local elections of May 14.

Invited to Syri Tv, Zhulali said that the report had the most critical notes that she has ever had with a direct language. According to her, this report clearly shows that ODIHR does not recognize the elections as legitimate, fair, equal or free.

"This is a report with the most critical notes that ODIHR has ever had with a direct language and through technical language ODHIR does not recognize these elections, neither as legitimate, nor as fair, nor as equal, nor as free.

So we are no longer dealing with free and democratic elections in Albania, but with organized autocratic theft. This is the most accurate definition that ODIHR has made from the beginning to the end of the report, extracting all its technical and political elements.

The Albanian opposition has not only made remarks about the way the elections were organized, but has denounced them either publicly or to the bodies that are obliged by law to deal with them, including the CEC with its 3 bodies, in the KLGJ in SPAK in The prosecutor, but as the ODIHR admits, the legal system in force in Albania is not effective in addressing any of these concerns ," said Zhulali.
