Calling the Democratic Party leader, Sali Berisha, the 'doctor of Albanian hearts', farmer from Dibr, Femi Zebi said that only the Democratic Party can bring the agricultural sector out of the crisis, which according to him has not planted a single fruit tree in this region in 12 years.
