The "pulpit" of the blue headquarters today was taken by the student Dorisa Prela, who called on the citizens to join the July 7 protest.

She emphasized that it is the case that citizens should not lower their heads, while adding that the protest should be for the whole society, regardless of whether an individual is affected or not by the increase in prices.

Prela underlined that everyone's duty is to protest. The latter will take place on Thursday at 19:00 before the prime minister's office.

"I am Dorisa Prela, 20 years old, first year student in the Design department. I will join the protest of civil society and the Democratic Party on July 7. I will not protest for myself, but for others. If things are going well for me and my family, I see many others in trouble. I see them in the neighborhood, in the church or in the city.

I will protest because I want others to have the opportunities that I have. I want to be the arm of someone in need. Because high prices, although they do not frighten some, make many others put their heads down.

The July 7 protest is the occasion to say that we should not lower our heads. I will come out for others and I think that is everyone's duty. Going out for someone who doesn't have our opportunities, but is one of us. An Albania that does not stand up is an Albania in danger" , said the 20-year-old.
