- has favored his son-in-law since 2003 (when he was in the opposition?!)
- in cooperation with the socialist ministers Angjeli and Majko (?!) and,
- finalized the "corrupt act" for which he is accused, in 2006 with the signature of Edi Rama (?!)...
If SPAK believed such a thing, Edi Rama would be arrested together with Angjeli and Majko, and then Sali Berisha would be under investigation for any possible collaboration with them...
