Vasili: Albania today has a state of law and a broken constitution
Petrit Vasili, the deputy of the Freedom Party, spoke about the vote in the Assembly, about respecting the Constitutional Court and rejecting the decision which would lead to the removal of the mandate of the socialist deputy, Olta Xhaçka.
Invited to Syri TV, Vasili said that today's decision is the decision that put the seal that the rule of law in our country has been destroyed.
He said that Rama has established a 5th court over other courts, making Albania a country with a fallen legal state.
His statement:
"This is the third vote of the Constitutional Court, where Rama and those who are within his party in the parliament, have for the third time overturned this decision in the parliament, so it is a continuation of the overturning and non-implementation of the decision of the Constitutional Court on the change of the criminal code for gatherings, has not implemented the decision for the National Theatre.
But today's decision, for the third time, put the stamp that the rule of law in Albania is annihilated and the country today faces a constitutional coup after the executive has hijacked all the powers.
This means that above the 4 levels of judgment in Albania, a fifth court has been established, the court of Edi Rama and his thugs who vote in parliament.
Albania today has a state of law and a broken constitution," said Vasili
