Elections in Kučovo, PL: Kreshnik Hajdari should be expelled for hiding his

The vice-president of the Freedom Party, Endrit Braimllari, said that the mandate of the "Together We Win" coalition in the Municipality of Kuçova has been robbed.

In a statement to the media, he stated that the mayor in office, Kreshnik Hajdari, has hidden his sentence in the Greek state and therefore should be dismissed from office, and that there is still no answer from the CEC.

Full statement:

We are in this communication with the public to denounce for the umpteenth time, the terrible state and electoral crime committed in Kučovo, on May 14, robbing the oligarch's money, drug trafficking, on the table the mandate of the candidate of the coalition "Bashke We win", Lefter Maliqi. Endless evidence made public these days, clearly confirm that the mandate of the "Together We Win" coalition in the Municipality of Kuçova has been robbed.

On behalf of the "Together We Win" Coalition, we addressed the State Election Commission on 04.04.2023, regarding the verification of the purity of the image of the citizen Kreshnik Hajdari, who in this case is the acting mayor and the candidate of the Kučovo Municipality for mayor in the ranks of Rilindja. , who in the self-declaration form has hidden the declaration of criminal conviction in the Greek state, this fact that "brings immediate exclusion at any time from candidacy, election, appointment or from public office".

The material sent to the CEC but also to the General Prosecutor's Office from our side was complete, accompanied by the decision to sentence this citizen. We still do not have an answer, and the lack of this answer from the CEC seriously complicates the process.

We call on the State Election Commission to present the material referred to the Prosecutor's Office in full along with the sentencing decision. At the same time, the candidate of the "Bashke Fitojme" coalition, Lefter Maliqi, addressed SPAK on the same issue and still has not received an answer.
