Zhupa announces the first session in the Constitutional Court for the concession

Democrat MP Ina Zhupa has announced the first public hearing for the annulment of the Butrint concession, which will be held at the Constitutional Court.

Zhupa writes on Facebook that the session will be held on June 15 at 10:00 a.m., while the Supreme State Audit Office and the People's Advocate have joined together against the concession contract.

"I share with you the good news that the first public hearing for the annulment of the Butrint concession in the Constitutional Court will be on June 15, at 10:00!

Against the concession, the President of the Republic, the High Control of the State, the Ombudsman have joined us with decrees/submissions/opinions, joining our position.

Only the recipient and grantor of Butrint, the government and the foundation are in favor of the concession.

I have full confidence that this lawsuit will not be treated as a political issue but as a national issue, in defense of our history, identity and national heritage" , writes Zhupa.
