The 35th anniversary of the Socialist Party, Rama, is awaited with protests in

Prime Minister Edi Rama has faced protests at the entrance to Shkodra, where he is to participate in the event organized for the 35th anniversary of the Socialist Party. Civil society activists and numerous citizens have gathered near the Rozafa Castle, the place where Rama's meeting with the city's socialists is expected to take place.

With banners similar to those used in recent protests in Tirana, the protesters have expressed their opposition peacefully, while police forces have also been deployed in the area to guarantee the smooth conduct of the activity.

This is the third consecutive day of protests in Shkodra. Earlier, activists protested in the city center and in front of the Shkodra Municipality, while this Monday they chose to move near the Rozafa Castle, awaiting the arrival of the prime minister.
