In the file of SPAK, a report of police officers is recorded, where it is stated that the company VAS Konstruktion shpk, which has now changed its name to 5D Konstruktion, has bought a property in the center of Triana. The property belongs to the ex-parliamentarian Gramoz Ruci, according to the contract for the sale of this property in cadastral area 8160, the consent of Mrs. Erfane Ruci was also obtained. According to the investigation file for the contract concluded between VAS construction and Gramoz Rucit, an amount of 454,350 euros was paid.
